Multiple stored procedures or 1 with parameter [Resolved]

I need some advice...

I started working at a financial business world recently. Looks like the DB architect uses auto generate function to create stored procs. At the end, we have way too many procs doing almost 100% same thing.

Let's say, we have a table with a flag. He creates 3 different procs to pull out the data depends on this flag - all of them, 0 or 1.

When I change or fix something, I have to modify multiple procs because of this.

I think we just need to add a couple of parameters and just 1 proc. I can understand it's personal preference but as maintenance perspective, is this really good?
